"Excellent hotel"

we were very pleased with all aspects of the hotel. I am disabled and the shower facilities were excellent. We had eaten a meal at the Novatel Beau Manoir in Aix the previous evening and had a tummy upset so were a bit apprehensive about using another Novotel . We were very pleased with the hotel and would recommend it to friends and family.

Not a pretty location but a very convenient one - easy access to the motorway and quick route into city. Hotel, pool and tennis courts are surprisingly well screened from nearby roads and retail park.

Very easy to find just off the autoroute but no traffic noise. A little dated and jaded on the outside but very modern reception, restaurant etc. Lifts are old and slow but everything you need in the large rooms.

Fom stepping over the door of this hotel to our departure the following morning we had first class treatment in every area, reception, bar and dining room. The staff were charming and went out of their way to help us. Tres bien plus!
