Check-in process is easy (Nadia is very helpful). There is a strong cigarette smell in the elevator, but the room is OK. It only looks old and outdated. Everything else is OK

Overall, this hotel offers a great location, clean and comfortable rooms, as well as excellent facilities. However, there are some aspects that could be improved, particularly the friendliness of the night staff. One of the highlights is the live gamelan music in the morning and the presence of souvenir shops within the hotel premises. The city view from the rooms is pleasant, although it's slightly marred by the sight of a warehouse behind the hotel, which can be unsettling. Additionally, the telephone in the room was faulty.
