The room quiet ok, but the pool is too small. The location very secluded so very usefull for take a rest. Bellboy service for check out not too good, maybe because of lack of source.

A pleasant resort with a beautiful and well maintained gardens and surroundings. It has all the expected features of a resort well designed for a restful and relaxing holiday. The International Buffet was reasonably good and the theme was thankfully different on the 2 nights we ate there. The resort spa provided a good traditional massage in a clean and soothing room. However, considering that the hotel is located away from the town centre shopping and Bogor Botanical Gardens, the advertised free shuttle service to the Botani Shopping Centre was abysmally run. i have no objections to the duty manager's excuse that quest needed to register for the pick-up back to the hotel but there is no mention of this anywhere and he could not tell me how this was to be done. My wife and i and another hotel guest can attest that informing the driver verbally on our trip out at 10.00 am on Wed. 2 May did not count as registration and the response to my call to the front desk receptionist at 4.50 pm, when the shuttle pick-up left us stranded, reflected confusion, lack of initiative and management short comings. In general service was good and efficient which is why this free shuttle service system needs to be fixed.

Have a special program and discount for accor members, I observed the fire extinguisher attached was corroded and spoiled at the bottom and side. Potentially hazards when utilized. The pressurize bottle could burst when somebody push the handle to extingush the fire due to spoiled pressurize bottle.Even observed have a card check adhered to. Please be aware for safety reason.

Services, rooms and facilities are excellent except for the food. With such a price level, the taste of almost of the foods could be better.Other thing is we found out some hotel staffs and also some of the guests are walking around and playing around in front of the deluxe room which is make us very discomfort as deluxe room has outdoor bathtub. Just for your information we stayed at the room which faced to the parking area. It means everybody could easily jump inside.

Lovely hotel with very pleasant atmosphere. There is plenty to do for kids. Good service, excellent selection of food for buffet breakfast and dinner. Will come again.

"Nice & Cozy"

We are using the compliment night from our Accor Advantage Plus membership.So, we got discounts 15% for all facilities and 50% for food at the new launching Italian Resto (forgot the name). I also tried the traditional massage. Not bad at all ... !!

"Great family hotel outside Jakarta."

We chose this hotel because I am familiar with the Accor standard as I stayed in a few of Accor hotels before and also I need a good base for my travel around Bogor. "feels like home"

it feels like staying at home but more facility of course.. beautiful sight with a big green landscape and still wanna come back again insha Allah ^_^ tips: for the playground,please open it earlier than before,like 8am not 9am,because kids like to play there early in the morning..n for the services at restaurant,need more understanding for us who have a children under 10y.sometimes they wanna eat at the swimming pool area,so we have to bring the breakfast there.

Wonderful experiences on 4 - 5 feb 2012, as we came to this hotel for a weekend vacation.The staff was very friendly, food was excellent, hotel facilities was nice as we used many of them. Very recommended hotel for leisure with family.

"BEAUTIFUL HOTEL BUT..."

I was stayed at their Deluxe room bcs I need the bath tub for my son... It was sucks!!! the privacy of the bath room was so poor as people can see inside the bath tub through the grass tree they put as a fence, so that's quite scary for me. And more, bcs the room floor made of woods, I can hear loudly people walking from the room above us, and I have to ring receptionist to ask the people above us to stop making the noise.I also ordered a pizza which took them nearly an hour to be finally delivered, and that's after I rang them 3 times to find out what's going on.The hotel surrounding was fantastic, the breakfast are great but it's a pity about the deluxe room, they should put the deluxe on the top floor.It's a fantastic hotel if you stay in their standard room (on the top floor) but definitely not comfortable for the deluxe room.

"Nice hotel but improvements required on the check in time and room arrangement"

My overall stay with the hotel is allright, the rooms are clean, it has one sofa bed that could be used by your child, the bathroom has a large mirror on the handwash basin. The staff are friendly too.Some improvements required on the check in process, I've booked 4 rooms, and only two of them are near to each other, the remaining two rooms are quite far apart. And secondly, I arrived at the hotel at 14:30 (check in time is 14:00), and none of our rooms are ready. Need to wait another hour to finally got all of our rooms. All the above still happened despite three calls before I arrive, requesting the rooms to be ready by the time we arrived. Still this didnt happened. Also my request to have adjacent 4 rooms, despite my note on my reservation page, and the three calls I made before i arrive, still didnt happen. So I do think some improvement needs to be done for the check in process at the hotel.Another note, the toilet space is too cramp, you cant barely move after you sit on the toilet bowl hahahaha.

We had a marvelous stay in Bogor at the Hotel Novotel Bogor Golf Resort. Wonderful interiors, good service. Very reasonably priced too for a very nice and big hotel. My only qualm was that the receptionists were not as polite and helpful as what I hope from a big hotel like Novotel.
