"Fun and Comfy Place"

If you want to have a good rest and stay away from the city for a moment, this is absolutely the right place to stay. Because this place is so comfy and kinda far from town, that makes you think twice to go outside. The hotel already got every facilities, so don't worry. This place is good for couples or family vacation, and also friends reunion like me!

"Can be better"

I stayed there for anniversary wedding, Feb 3 - 4, 2013.The concept is good as a resort, with natural garden, and high trees, but not well maintained. Most of the wood furniture and parquet is already washed out.The location isn't near the city, which is good for honeymoon destination, quitter. But you better have your own car, since there are no good restaurant on walking distance.One problem that is bugged me, that in the morning, they maintain the garden with some loud machine. We can hear the noise from our room living room (2nd level, around 7 am). And they do it again at the swimming pool around 9am.Already report to the hotel, but no feedback until now :)

"Best Hotel for family"

The location of this hotel is very interesting, this location is quiet and not far from golf course. I stay in this hotel with my children and they can play at the outbound location. This hotel have more location for refreshing.

"Love the outdoor bathup !!!"

Hotel greenery is very good so it is very good for resting. And my kids LOVEESSS the outdoor bathup, they used it for every shower, room is clean although a bit old. Location a bit far from the city, around 15 minutes drive. Kids club need to be renovated cause very old and not very clean.

the amenities are not on std, i have to ask for saving kit, tooth brush,body lotion. may be because of high season but it should be std. the rest was fine and nice place for family holiday. and check in time take too long, they dont have the anticipation of guest need, they not even offer me a water, but after check in then they offer. why not offering ur guest while they crazy waiting for check in.

"Good for family escape, but Food is not fresh"

Stayed for only 1 night at room 212. At first the hotel reception's seems don't prepare to receive a lot of guests, as when i came there Re only 2 counters opened to handle all the guests. So you can imagine that there are a long queue at the reception area. Things get more complicated because many guests seems lose their patience because they don't get their room quickly, however, i considered my self lucky as i could get the room quick. But still the atmosphere was already make my mood dropped - i think Management need to learn how to handle customer complain quickly as anger from one person can have effect to others guests. Talking about the room, i quite satisfied with the room, it was big. However, i think the sink need a maintenance as it seemed choked. The amenities also Ok, except that i could not find a shaver in my room and when i ordered one to housekeeping they said they don't have any stock left because they forgot to order... That's it, the answer is just like that - an excuse that is bot acceptable for a hotel like Novotel. The food, this also one of my concern. The food is very ordinary, plus the seafood (shrimp) was taste very bad, it was not fresh! I pick 3 shrimps and only ate less than 1 and throw the others shrimp. The hotel also provide bbq like satay (lamb) but the lamb also not good, most of it just consist of fat. i just wondering whether it is the hotel's standard for food...? However, despite a quite unpleasant experience, i think this hotel has something to offer if you travel with family. i will still consider this hotel to if i come to bogor again.

"natural but old hotel"

i stayed at this hotel for 1 night, and i stayed in deluxe room. this room has open air bath ub, which is very nice. overall this hotel is very nice and has a lot of trees around hotel, but the hotel look very old too, and need a lot of renovation, and they need to do renovation as soon as possible. and also if u r not a smoker, please avoid bar or their restaurant, because a lot of people smoke there and its annoying. accor is a well known hotel chain, so they have to take care of this. im not a smoker and i dont want to get sick because someone else smoke around me.

this has been my six times staying here if not mistaken. i like here, the view, the great facilities.... all meet my expectation actually.. except when last minute i always wanna have another room, allready late, coz fully booked. i believe because many as well wanna stay spending holiday here..

"Good Hotel for relaxation"

Our stay with carrying a small child, we were very pleased with the facilities of this hotel, a lot of activities to do at the hotel such as horse riding, tennis, swimming, and so on. This hotel really suitable for families with small children, because the atmosphere was so comfortable and quiet place to rest.

"THE FULL SMOKING HOTEL!!"

Upon arriving in the hotel when I was asking for an upgrade to the room above - I was told that as the PLATINUM LE CLUB member I was only eligible to upgrade the room from standard to the deluxe or whatever (???) I have been to almost all of Accor Hotels all over the world and this is the first time I was told such thing - when in the Accor website it is very clearly stipulated that the Platinum members are eligible for an automatic upgrade to the room 1 level above upon availability - I tried to argue but it was obvious that the officers didnt know what they were doing - they kept on saying about the voucher and the voucher again and again when I presented the Platinum card - I just realized that in this hotel the Platinum card means nothing at all!!!Not enough hassle with the above on the reception desk - I and my pregnant wife found out that people were smoking throughout the hotels, in the alley, in the restaurant, in the receptions, in the pool, and maybe at all amenities and spot that we didnt bother to visit at all - it was lucky I decided to drive our car from Jakarta hence we could go other places without having to stay in the hotel surrounded by smoke from smokers. I have to emphasize that the smoke was throughout the hotel at all times, morning - midnight!!It is clear that the decree from the Governor as well as the Gobernment's regulation to prohibit smoking from public area such as shopping malls, hotels etc especially public places with women and kids around. I was also noticing the signboard declaring the GO GREEN campaign near the reception desk as well as in the room - but by allowing smokers to smoke and poisoning everyone would send a very wrong message.I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone else especially women and kids!!

"Nice Place to stay"

Recommended for family vacation, room is very neat, good services, cozy places, lots of kids facilities and the hotel location is easy to accessed. Next time we'll stay again in this hotel if we're going to go to Bogor.
