"Not their best"

Pretty sad offering by Novotel. I stayed a week in Paris Les Halles Novotel and it was significantly better than this. The furnishings were an old depressing style and the walls were that textured concrete that always looks institutional. No real problems, just kind of depressing, bad lighting, old style, etc.

We were traveling from Russia by car to France and back, so our driving was thru Blarus and Poland. On the way to France we have stopped at Novotel Centrum Warsaw, and on the way back the Centrum was not available so we stopped at Airport Novotel. It is conveniently located and easy to find, reasonably clean, attentive staff. Would recommend for the quick stop when driving or maybe when flying in/out of Warsaw.

Since I am an A Club member, I have been stayed at many Novotels but this hotel was below what I expected . The room as well as the bathroom were below the 3 stars hotel and the service especially the staff was even worst.They have to change their attitude towards Asian guests. The guard was very rude and tried to force me to park in the paying parking with rude manner. I booked the room in the program park-sleep-and fly. It was stated clearly that the parking was included in the rate but the guard (the head one I think) kept saying that we had to pay for parking though I told him I was a guest.(Actually he treated us like a beggar). I had to wait for an hour for the free parking space. It was ok for waiting but it was unacceptable the way he treated us.(like he was driving the dog away). This was my first time that I experienced badly from Novotel.

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, in the month of July 2011. I was very satisfied with the proximity of the hotel to the airport, but there isn't much to do (activities) in the direct area. However, the nearby bus and tram connections (bus on the same avenue, tram if walking ~ 1.5 Km) allow an easy access to the city center. The room was in a very good state and the furniture was of good quality. I appreciated the quality of the room window, which seriously diminished the sound coming from the main avenue (Zwirki i Wigury), especially because road workers were renewing the asphalt on the road. I barely heard anything... The rest of the hotel's locations looked nice (bar, pool,...), with an interesting backyard to have a drink at the same time as enjoying the display of art items (sculptures, paintings,...). Very refreshing atmosphere... The service was very good, with a friendly greeting and good assistance from the reception staff (quick checkout, suitcase locker available and shuttle to/from the airport). The room was well maintained, everything being correctly cleaned and tidy. Some elements could be improved (like the shower / bath which is a bit special in shape) but the overall impression is quite good. I would really definitely recommend this hotel, especially when there are great deals like I had (470 PLN for 3 nights)... then it should be definitely considered when visiting Warsaw.

The hotel is very well located for an early flight from Warsaw Airport. There is a complementary minivan that takes you to the airport. The service was very good, the room was clean and well maintained. There was a minibar full of drinks. There is a restaurant in the hotel.

I never got to the hotel, since the flight from Frankfurt was canceled due to snow. While queuing at the airport, I tried to phone Novotel Warszawa Airport to cancel my room. No one answered the phone, despite several attempts. So I am quite unhappy, since I wasted the money which I otherwise could have saved!
