Great experience in this hotel, staff always ready to help you. Had a difficult situation with my luggage at the airport, and the hotel went the extra mile to help me. Really appreciate it. Nice restaurant with nice food. Recommend it.

All very easy and very friendly staff. Very easy to get from Airport to go elsewhere around Warsaw avoiding traffic jam in the center. I will repeat for sure despite of others Accor spots as it is the best location in the city when you are by car.

As usual it was very nice stay in hotel . I stay in this hotel many time when my plane departure was early in the morning . Staff is very nice and rooms are good .

I booked as always via my company app room on the executive floor, on purpose without breakfast. I was located in at the old part, where every night between 23-24 (and shortly after midnight) I could hear some mechanic noises. Worst stay ever at your hotel
