very satisfied, definitely high value for the money, hotel is clean, hotel staff is friendly and professional. I had a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant. Also the breakfast was very good.The hotel is situated near the lake Malta, in a quiet area, it is about 20 minute taxi ride to the Poznan centre

I think that the all the staff at the Novotel Poznan Malta and especially the manager Justyna Kycler, Barbara Pagórska, Henryka Kaczmarek and Karina Plewczyńska, very kind people. They really did go beyond the duties of the hotel staff in a difficult time for me.

This hotel is in a peaceful area. The service was very good and food at the restaurant as well. The only problems which are encountered was lack of air-conditioning in the hotel room and the road to the hotel refurbishement (independent from the hotel).

Hotel's location is charming, although far from a town center. Service is good and nice. Hotel building and rooms are not new, what can be seen, but in an acceptable condition.This is good place to stay one night when traveling by car, or to stay several days for a business / family trip.
