A bit far from underground station, and the bathroom looked a bit old. The rest is very good, esp. breakfast is simply amazing.

"It was good with this price"

I had a great time with my family! I'm a platinum member but I couldn't get any because novotel doesn't offer membership services.I stayed at the executive floor room and the happy hour was great!I want to visit again.

"NOVOTEL DOKSAN, REALLY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY!"

the hotel is excellent, with an in-house band. the staff are very responsive & wonderful.the location is a bit out of the way, since tourist, shopping & eating joints (like itaewon) are a little far away. during business hours it is not easy to get cabs/taxis, one must learn to get around by the metro/subway.all in all, a value for money hotel!

"Quietly enjoying the day"

Too good to be alone than with family, relaxing hotel. Unfortunately, only one kind of lounge is under construction (that work is completed by the end of January to know.) ahswiunjeom there is a little bit about the service.

Hotel is definitely living up to its standard as a Top Novotel on terms of Service. Didn't really enjoy the breakfast as much as the Novotel in Gangnam area and the location, business is not fantastic.
