"3 night stay in Amsterdam"

hotel was a bit far from the city, but with the tram stop close its not a problem.parking just outside of the hotel in the public car park is a lot less.good access to the road network from this area.good breakfast, lots of choice.

The Novotel is not only near the RAI station for tram and metro but also located very near teh very beautiful Amsteel Park which is walking distance.

High quality hotel conveniently located close to the Amsterdam exhibition center (RAI) and Vrij Univeristet. Very convenient connection to public transport to come to downtown Amsterdam as well to Schipol airport. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is located close by the trainstation RAI and metrostation. Easy access to center of Amsterdam and Schiphol. The hotel itself is nice, clean and has a friendly staff. The standard room has a king/queen size bed with a sleeping couch that really can be used as a bed for 2 kids under 10 (our boys are 9 and 7 and were fine). Would go here again.

The hotel is overall good. The family is too small for 3 persons. With the sofa bed open, the room already has no space left for luggages. We have to queue for the breakfast though the staffs are efficient.

Extra clean comfortable rooms.Excellent location, both to the city, sights and RAi. A dedicated Concierge would be a good addition.Get a GVB ticket for 1-96 hrs depending on your stay and it gets you around Amsterdam on on Trams,Bus and Metro and can be used as an hop on/hop off.

Excellent hotel, service from the staff was excellent, very helpful. The restaurant was busy but got you a table as soon as possible with little wait. Would recommend this hotel and I would use it again.

The service at the restaurant is one of the worse I have experienced in the last 40 years of traveling around the world. Was not attended to by the waiters even though I asked them to.I don't recommend this hotel for sure.
