the stay was great, I've traveled with my husband and two kids for Disney Live Magic Show and we have a very good time. the Kongres Hall is very closer, also MOM Park, a nice shopping city ...the room was nice, big-enough and very clean, comfortable beds and pillows (you can ask for the type). also you can enjoy the wellness area and have a Bowlling match

"Great Hotel"

The Hotel was great. We had a special Pricerate so to us it was wonderfull.The Breakfast was the biggest and best i ever experienced. The Rooms ver clean and very modern and nice. The Stuff was very nice and Helpful.Only the Restaurant in the Hotel we can not recommend. We ate there twice, both times the food was served cold and we were only 3 couples dining. As I sent the food back they ony but it in the microwave so the food was hot, but dried out and looked disgusting. So the restaurant was awfull.Besides that it was a wonderfull stay.

"Good spa"

The spa is great and clean, sauna & steam bath are great, pool is enough to swim in.Location is not bad, there is a shopping mall next to the hotel. The room is ok, bed is comfortable, tv is a bit small.

"Nearly everything was perfect..."

... except 2 things:1. There was a clacking noise in our room the whole day and night2. the parking fee was nat clear communicated to us and it was much too high. But we had to pay it - otherwise we wouldn't be able to leave...Everything else was perfect. The restaurant, the bar, the swimming pool etc.

In the smoking rooms we were facing with a bed smell that cause many inconvenience. "Average hotel"

A very average hotel, have nothing major to complain about and nothing to rave about.The rooms were a bit noisy towards the other rooms and corridoor. Free Wifi is good, but it was disconnecting a lot in room 715. The bathroom was very small, it had a seperate toilet behind some doors which can be good. Otherwise a fairly spacious room, plenty of floorspace for my suitcase.

"EMEC Conference Budapest"

Bath & the Toilet were too small, carpet was dirty, there were no slippers. Taxi at the hotel gate was too expensive when you compare the taxi's when you call. As I stayed several Novotel around the world for me this is three star IBIS.

"Good business hotel"

Novotel was well located especially when attending a congress at the congress center adjacent to the hotel. The only thing which surprised me was the small bathrooms as there were no room to put your own toiletries. Five points to the friendly and helpful personnel.

"BUDAPEST HOTELS"

"One of the best Novotels I know"

This must be one of the best Novotel hotels I used lately, and I slept in many Novotels in Europe. Location is great, parking is quite big, there is even a shopping center close to the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, comparable to a Novotel I stayed in on the French Riviera.I stayed many times in this particular Novotel in Budapest and I used both standard and executive rooms (on different occasions) and I can say they were both excellent. Staff is kind and helpful.

"Nice stay in Budapest"

We stayed in Novotel Budapest Congress in July 2011 and selected the hotel because of its location (it was close to the clinic that we visited) and good reviews. Overall we are happy with our choice. Our room was on 5th floor and was spacious and with good view over the city. Air conditioner was useful bonus. We visited swimming pool and sauna at the hotel and had good time even though swimming pool is quite small.Breakfast was good for Budapest with wide selection of food and excellent coffee.We did not try the restaurant as we thought that it is a bit overpriced.The hotel is conveniently located close to a tram stop and you can get to Moszkva Ter in 10 minutes using tram No. 61 and there you have big choice of buses, trams and red metro line, so you can get anywhere easily.Overall it was very nice stay.

"Nice new hotel but needs improvement in customer service"

This is a newly refurbished hotel Nice rooms and furniture. Though if you want to have some food in the evening, there is only a small restaurant/bar open which doesn't have any non-smoking area. Although the food was very good, service was poor and smoking was unbearable. Really awful environment for business travellers. Another issue was in the gym. Again the equipment is brand new but the lighting in the fitness room is operated by sensors, which are positioned in the middle of the room. So, if you are using the cardio equipment the sensor don't detect your presence and suddenly find yourself in the complete dark while exercising. This is extremely dangerous and a lady fell off the running machine. I escalated this to the personnel but told me that the management was aware (somebody else complained) but they couldn't do anything about it....
