Lack of Hygiene of the room .....lack of cleanliness....tips required everywhere

The AC smelled with rot ....overall overrated compared to the service provided....tips required since entering the gates and in appalling style ....smelly room ....my kid got rash allergy from the sheets ....the rotten smell from the AC air .....couldn't sleep ....had to open windows ....very much overrated

Very good accommodation I come here for a business trip and I found all I need start with front desk staff who was very friendly and efficient especially Yasmin who helped me a lot and the room was very nice with a pool view and the shuttle bus service was great I highly recommend this hotel

Clean comfortable hotel - awful shuttle service and food

Clean modern airport hotel, with comfortable beds. It was badly let down however by 2 issues - the shuttle and the food. Shuttle - advertised as free 24 hour service. On arriving to Cairo however it is extremely difficult to actually use it. You have to ring the hotel reception and wait 30 minutes, which isn't easy unless you have an Egyptian mobile. They ignored my messages sent in advance with our flight details, so we had a stressful wait in the blazing heat with our toddler. Thankfully a group of French tourists beside us in the queue were able to ask a local taxi driver to make the call. It’s easy to get the shuttle from hotel to airport. The Italian food (Primavera restaurant, beside the pool) - the pizzas had NO tomato on them so were basically cheesy bread with toppings, and the "tenderloin" beef was inedible - tough and chewy, the pepper sauce was actually just watery gravy. The "risotto" was just plain rice in a bowl served upside down. We tried to highlight this to staff but were ignored and had to pay the full amount.
