Novotel Nuernberg Messezentrum: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Slow and unfriendly reception, cold restaurant, ok rooms"

it took us an increadibly long time to check-in and check-out, the staff was rather unfriendly and slow. Restaurant is in between doors, quite cold, as doors would open and close every time somebody entered the hotel. Waiters were quite friendly though. Rooms are OK, as it should be in a Novotel.

friendly and competent service in a very nice newly refurbished hotel. We have been going for many years at least 4 times and will continue as long as we travel through Nuremberg. the restaurant has improved dramatically in the last couple of year offering a choices of seasonal specialities.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and good value for money. The family room is spacious for my family of 4. The receptionist, at the check-in desk was not friendly and looked impatient. When I asked for the Novotel welcome gifts for children, she didn't answer me, just opened a cabinet and dropped 2 kiddie haversacks onto the table. Fortunately, she was the only rude staff we encountered at the hotel. The restaurant waiters and housekeepers were great.

This hotel was as expected of the Accor group. A good, clean and cost efficient solution. Gets very expensive during Exhibition times. But well worth it before and after the exhibitions.

I just spent one night at this great hotel, unfortunately. I payed 89 EUR for a very confortable room for three adults with breakfast included, and this in particular was another great experience: what a tasty and complete breakfast, superb!!! The only slight negative point (in my opinion) is the location of the hotel if you dont have a car; then you'll have to take a bus or something to go downtown, except that everything was perfect, including free parking for our car!!! Highly recommended hotel!!!
