Good experience overall, people and services was nice. Something that can be improved is information about restaurant and bar opening on ACCOR website was not clear. Restaurant of the hotel was closed and the bar as well.

It was a decent stay but not as expected. The female staff at the reception was not so friendly. Wi-Fi instructions don't correspond to reality, and if you don't know German, it's even more difficult to connect. the hotel does not have any agreement with a garage under the hotel. It is not possible to open the windows in the room. The large one is locked, while the small one only opens vertically (just a little). there is no freshly squeezed fruit juice for breakfast. Little bit expensive for Frieburg.

As a result of the position of our hotel, our hands are tied to shape the prices. You may rest assured that this is once of the low priced public garage in Freiburg. Because of the windows, there is a law of the city of Freiburg. This is for security. Our windows can be tilted, but not fully opened. We hope for your understanding.
