Tihe War ny First experience in Mercure Aachen Europlatz. It was a good stay, however I had two small issues: 1) For breakfast as vegetarian you cannot get green salad and any kind of vegetables fried or steamed. 2) My hairdryer in my room did not work well, although I had a privilege room, as a Gold member. At the reception I was told there is no any other type of hairdryer, only the small fixed one in the bathroom. I would be happy if the future these issue could be addressed.
