Concrete block of a place overlooking the lagoon. Decent pool. Small but serviceable gym. Nice staff there. Decent food. Hopeless reception staff.Room was nice (esp as it was lagoon side not town side) decent bed though sheets were grey !! Carpet everywhere pretty grubbyArea is not good - Plateau was once nice but now very run down. Watch out for pickpockets! They are very organised.Price was outrageous but this seemed to be so throughout Abidjan when I checked

1) They charges my Credit Card Twice2) Had water leakage in my Room and all Carpet was wet and they refused to change my room3) Internet is Crap and just does not work4) Plus a lot of small details

For 160 €/night and 18,00 €/breakfast get this hotel a worst overall rate from my side. The service levelk at the service desk is also very low. And you can find much cheaper hotel in Abidjan with a better value for money relation.

Some refurbishment required in the bathroom of my room and guess other rooms as well.It appeared to me the website was offering a more expensive room to me when I was trying to book on line,I think all room types should be displayed without the need to pull down or click when booking on-line.
"Terrible service and not worth the money"

This hotel had, hands down, the worst customer service of any travel lodging (including low-end budget hostels) I have ever experienced. The front desk service was painfully slow, the rooms were dirty, the door key mechanisms did not work (i.e. literally did not function for guest key cards and had to be manually overriden with staff badges), internet service in the rooms was so slow it would not load basic websites, the restaurant service was also painfully slow and regularly ran out of things (like any form of vegetable), and even the front desk money exchange was problematic (i.e. "I am sorry but we have run out of small currency, can we owe you CHF700?"). The only factors in its favor are that the location is good, the rooms are well sound-proofed, and the pool is well maintained.In short, I am appalled this is rate a 4-star hotel and will be actively disuading colleagues from staying here in the future.

THE hotel is very good value for money and has polite soft spoken staff. THE hotel has put more english channel on their tv. They should insure that the staff speak english for persons staying in the hotel come other parts of the world other then france. Food and service good. toilets need improvements.

Plus:- good breakfast- staff is helpful but sometimes not efficient (I'm still hoping and waiting that postcards that I left at the reception together with cash for stamps will ever reach final destination)Minus:- old furniture in standard room- WiFi access in room 925 was not working for the whole duration of my stay. Daily, I spoke with reception about problem which was never resolved. They offered me room at 2nd floor where I never moved, so partly it's my fault that I didn't have internet access in my room.....Anyway, recommend that hotel fix this error for sake of other guests.- very expensive meals in the hotel- internet speed way too slow- water pressure from the pipes in 9th floor.....just amazing. Every 15 seconds water stopped completely, followed by 2 seconds of cold water and then 10 seconds for taking shower :)
