Perfect location with nice bars nearby

It was the perfect location for us as it is only a short walk (<5 min) away from the new International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) building where we had an important meeting. Furthermore, the ibis is located in a street with nice cafés and bars and the tram was not far away either, which takes you to the city centre in about 15 minutes. Breakfast was very good and sufficient. The rooms were handicapped accessible and big enough for one person. It might have been a bit cramped for two people. All in all, we were very satisfied and would come again.

It would be nice if you already ask how satisfied we are with your hotel, if you pay us for the damage caused to the car and the 2 suitcases stolen from the car because we parked in the parking lot behind the hotel. Who will pay for it? They stole our suitcases, 2 winter jackets, 1 leather jacket, a travel bag with 7 pairs of shoes, and broke the glass on the back right door. And to return the money for the overnight stay that we paid at your place in cash at the reception. I have an account. A hotel with a real reputation would act like that, and you? Are you that kind of hotel? I can hardly believe it!! K. Sandi
