Next to shopping area mangga dua but full of traffic jam. Standard of service is acceptable. Breakfast is improving. It is a good choice for shopping and culinary travel. I will stay there in the future. Rate is reasonable also.

The hotel is not at all suitable to be called "IBIS". Right from quality of food, cleanliness of rooms, and attitude of reception. Everything is below par, and will keep you wondering if you are really in an IBIS.Avoid this hotel, nearby you have Best Western, at almost same tariff, hope that will be better.

Easy to reach one of the most famous shoping center in Jakarta City.... Mangga Dua is a great place to go shoping.... Can walk from the hotel, just only 3 minutes.. very exciting...5 nights with mutual sleep I got from this hotel.....

Basically OK, Rooms and other Facilities excellent, Rooms are little expensive We had hardly any time to the shopping because all shops are closed at 05.00 P.M Front office peoples are very helpful. We ware going to Jogjakarta and we could not book IBIS hotel Jogjakarta as they (reception) did not have the Telephone numbers . It is better if you can have all IBIS hotel directory available in you hotel

Strategically located hotel in the heart of the city, very helpful and friendly staff. Easy walking access to Pasar Pagi Mangga Dua and Mal Mangga Dua. About five minutes drive (depending on traffic) from WTC Mangga Dua and Mangga Dua Square.

This hotel is well located if you are planning to go shopping in manggadua area.Manggadua mall is just within walking distance and surrounds there are also :ITC manggadua, Pasar Pagi and Manggadua Square.There is also standby taxi in this hotel area.

I like to stay at Ibis Jakarta Mangga Dua Hotel coz it near to go at ICT Shopping Complex, Pasar Pagi, WTC, Roaxy and it easy to find fast food when tired after shopping.. It also no far to go at Kelapa Gading Mall or Tanah Abang or Taman Mall Anggrek only 15min can arrived at there..

satisfied with the room but not with the receptionist, it takes 20 minutes to setle the check in, its very very slow,cant remember the name, the receptionist was a guy and quite chubby

I stayed for 2 nights last week. My comments on the hotel per the points below:1) Room is spacious. Can easily fit in two more extra beds.The bed is huge. No room slippers provided but that is not necessary due to the wood flooring2) Toilet is clean. Toothbrush not provided so don't forget to bring yours. The shower room only has the shower curtain so water tend to spill out if you are not careful. 3) Location is good as it is walking distance to Mangga Dua ITC. And you will not be disturbed by the famous Jakarta traffic since the hotel is located behind a building. 4) There is a pasar malam (night market) just outside the hotel5) The basement parking area is a bit smelly6) A lot of taxi waiting outside the hotel so for those who do not have own transportation, it is not a problem hereOverall I don't have much complaints about this hotel. The rate is pretty reasonable considering the location.

the service here is really bad.first day when i was checking in. i show them my booking number, but they still asking me for a voucher which i don't have. because at the website there is no option of printing. then they ask me for my id card and my accor member car. then they were asking me for a deposit which should be around 500k but they ask me for 1.500k and they were telling me that i have not pay the hotel. how could i get my booking number if i have not pay. i booking it from the accor and already paid using visa card. but i give them any way since they say it was for deposit.the worst part i went up to my room alone and carrying all my stuff with out no 1 is helping. when i reach my room the key could not open the door so i need to went down all the way again asking them which side to open the door. they teach me and i went up again do what they told but it still can't open. so i went down again and the reception go up with me to help. but they card still can't open. and i need to wait for him to come back with a new key.the last day when i checkout they take the hotel payment using my deposit and told me that they have not receive the payment from the visa, that really a bad service. because i could be paying them cash. and deducted from my card which i pay 2x.from that day i really dis pointed with the service at IBIS Jakarta Mangga dua and i would never stay there no more. so this hotel is NOT RECOMMEND hotel.
