"Small rooms, check-in surprise, great breakfast, good sleep!"

We had an overnight stay with two 6 year olds. We got a surprise when they wouldn't let us check in without official government ID for the kids. We've never been asked for it in six years in Brazil, but apparently it's the law! My husband fortunately had scanned copies of their IDs (school IDs do not work).Good security for parking, great breakfast with lots of variety, good size pool and small play area. Rooms are very small but were fine for our use--2 adults and 2 kids in one room.

Service was good however, hotel was somewhat run-down. My room had lights that were burned out. Also the towel bar was not even secured to the since which when I removed the towel the bar feel off...Would probably try another local area hotel next time.

The rooms and air conditioner are great. I really like the new decor in the lobby. I have been staying at this hotel since my first trip to Brazil and it was recommended to me by Embraer. I have never had any issues during my stays and the staff has always been excellent in preparation for my arrival by arrange taxis to pick me up from the airport.

Perfect location and good business atmosphere. However, my only criticism is the lack of a real business center, living the guests to work in the surrounding bar/restaurant areas. Rest of services are good and staff is fantastic.

Novotel is conveniently located for business travel to Sao Jose Dos Campos. It is a well appointed hotel with comfortable rooms, good quality restaurant and convenient business ammenities. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and helpful with good English language skills. I felt very much at home and thoroughly comfortable during my three-day stay.
