"Not realy to novotel standards"

Not bad this hotel but comparing to other Novotels lower quality. Sure not 4 * ! Annoying melting or burning plastic smell in whole receptionlobby,bar and restaurant. Ensure if its for pleasure not to accept ground floor rooms where we stayed. 24h noises from late and early transferpassengers or stranded tourists. In our case whole plane Thai tourists.(because this hotel is an airport hotel) No noise from the airplanes heard and very friendly staff.

"Perfect location"

The location was great, we arrived in the morning after a long flight we slept for a few hours, and went to Brussels.The shuttle to the hotel is a big plus, and the Train to the center of Brussels is very use full.

"Great solution for overnight stay with kids near Brussels airport"

The hotel is located near Brussels international airport.Since we had an early flight we decided to stay in the hotel located near the airport.The hotel has a convenient shuttle service running to \ from the airport every 20 minutes (the ride takes less than 5 minutes).The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was kind and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.Free WiFi within the hotel area (rooms + lobby)Parking is free for the first 3 hours (20 Euro per day)Overall pleasant experience

"best alternative to on-airport"

Good hotel (got a deal) and has a 24 hour shuttle to airport (5 mins). Other hotels in the area do not have limited shuttle times. I recommend it!

"Price too high for what you get"

I have been at this hotel because it was close to the office I had to work for three days and because I got an offer with free WI-FI connection (when there I discovered it is free for everyone!!). I expected something more for the price paid especially considering that I paid not for a standard but for a "superior" room. As soon as I entered the room, right after the entrance, there was smell of sewage: I thought it may have been accidental but unfortunately it was not: the smell was there every day, probably coming from the heating system. The soundproofing was excellent but I had to make everyday some effort to close the rickety windows properly (cleaning staff seems not to be well trained at that....).The bed and the pillows are fantastic. The bathroom with separate WC is very comfortable even if not very spacious.Too small also the space between the bed and the door of the bathroom, but that was probably depending on the fact that there was a small sofa beside the bed.No Pay-TV but free channels in every language.No closet but only a bar with some hangers behind the entrance door.The staff was professional, helpful and always very quick in responding to requests.Nice bar and restaurants with ok food and good choice for breakfast.The shuttle service works very well.Summarizing: nice staff, ok food, good connection with the airport, room below expectations.I may stay there again for a max price of 150€ per night including breakfast and Internet connection
"Poor to Average"

Rooms tired. Strong smell in foyer. Abrupt service at check in. Charged 205Euros for a 105 room rate in case of charges in room etc. Minibar in fridge locked despite this and to unlock it had to get a man with a key to come into the room to unlock it at 10.30pm, whilst children were in bed. Website says pool-its outside and unheated.

A convenient for the airport and Brussels if you wish to avoid the hassle of driving into the centre. A free shuttle operates to the airport every 20 minutes and takes 5 minutes. The train to the centre of Brussels leaves from the airport.The standard of the hotel was good and the staff very helpful.The food is OK the Buffet is not brilliant labels on the different dishes would be a help. The a la carte is limited.The breakfast at 20euros we thought was expensive so had our croissants at the airport. We would stay again and if you able to pick up one of their deals good value.

The hotel is pretty close from the airport. A free shuttle service is provided. The staff is efficient and active. The restaurant is varied and good. The room is good and confortable. The minor problem was the noise that the bed did when you sit on it. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Very well located (free shuttle to the airport every 20 mn or so) but Not that good indeed. Much too noisy (hopefully your neighbouring rooms won't by booked). Impossible to order whatever (room service) after midnight. Service welcoming.
