the hotel its very nice...very relaxing...big rooms...nice view at the parc...i iked very much to stay there..the team of the hotel it's formidable...friendly , gentle ... one of the few perfect hotels ..nice place , nice room , nice team...not too often you find this perfect combination...here you will have it...well done team...good for you...from me you will have 10+

The Hotel itself has a lovely entrance and is inviting. Location is not very good, to far out of town. The retaurant was dreadful, do not eat there save your money. Very over prized and food not that good, They served our main course with our Daughter's first course, we sent it back, but all they did was re-heat what they had brought out earlier for us and do not have a salad!! We had read on this site that it was not very good, but it was heavy rain allday a terrible journey so could not be bothered to drive anywhere else, we wished we had.

We have stayed before in this hotel on the way too or from the South of France. The price is always higher than others in the chain. We paid 176€ for a room for 4 and breakfast for 3. Not cheap.The room we were given was pleasant and normal Novotel layout.DisappointmentsRoom smelt of smoke or animals. We asked for no smoking.The scatter cushions had short black hairs over both sides of 2 cushions that were placed on the bed,Hairs in the bath/shower and on the bathroom walls.2 large and 2 small towels for 3 adults and 1 child. The best way to dry off following a shower was to use the hair dryer.2 disposable cups to have tea/coffee etc. with only 2 milk sachets to go with it.Breakfast , fine if you ask for whats empty!! It was a buffet which was not well stocked.Overall the worst stay at a Novotel and at that price you expect quality and cleanliness.As we had been travelling for 12 hours, we were not in the frame of mind to discuss our issues that evening or in the morning when we just wanted to get to our destination.

My Husband is disabled and we were given a a very accessible room on the ground floor. We liked this hotel very much. What made it special was that behind the hotel is a small river and waterfall. We watched the red squirels in the trees, which are so rare. Then at breakfast, the damson and dragon flies arrived, coloured blue and brown, they settled on the bushes and we had some really beautiful photos. The restaurant was on the river side and the staff were really helpful, even thought they were very busy. The menu was very flexible and had a broad appeal, whether you wanted a light snack or a substantial meal. We had coffee outside listening to the water fall. We would definitely go back.

We had a nice stay on our way to the south of France.Very friendly people at the desk,willing to explain and help you.lovely terras at the back. a squirril in the trees. Lots of birds singing.I was afraid that there would be traffic noise, because it is located close to the road.Fortunately that was not the case.We certenly would like to come again

Hotel has an excellent location for travellers being a short distance from the motorway exit and is yet fairly close to the town centre. Room have been recently renovated and are very comfortable and thge restaurant is open late which is good for travellers like myself who arrive late in the evening.
