Hotel staff was very helpful (more than usual), which I appreciated very much.The rooms are OK, however sanitary facilities are not anymore fully up-to-date. Some recent minor refurbishment in the shower was visible.The location is not the nicest, but it was very practical for me travelling by car close to a motorway exit and having free parking and therefore chosen.The TV offered a unusual large amount of channels. I could not access the free WIFI (by Orange) advertised in the room. I was always directed to the log-in site of Orange to pay for the service. I have to admit that I did not complain and I tried not hard enough to get this service as I was too tired anyway.I cannot judge on restaurant (including breakfast) and bar as I have not used this service.

A very good hotel, perfectly located off the motorway and so ideal if you're looking for a break in a long journey. The staff in particular were very friendly and helpful. We travel with our small dog and he was made to feel very wlecome too!

One of the nicest Novotel we stayed so far.Can be the weather or the friendly staff.Both excellent.Rooms are just what you get at Novotel.Nothing special but ok for the price you pay.Close enough to Lausanne to enjoy a full day.
