Room was spacious well appointed. It was nice to have quality pillows. However, it would be good to tell guests that there is no air conditioning at that time of the year, as we tried in vain to get it to work due to a couple of hot days in mid April.

We have stayed many times and the hotel is always excellent. This time our family room was very hot and although there is a thermostat and the window has a notice about air conditioning, there was no air conditioning. The room was uncomfortably hot despite us having the thermostat on the lowest setting.

Nice hotel in a convenient location just off the motorway. The room was clean and bathroom modern (compared to other Novotels, at least). But the room was very hot (early April) and the air conditioning did nothing, so we all had a poor night’s sleep, including our 3 year old.
