Extremely efficient service to and from Geneva airport. Very good stay but i would not choose to include dinner and breakfast in the deal as the choice of menu is very limited.Staff excellent and helpful - good stay

Well it is a Novotel, and it's situated across the road from a giant Leclerc, between Meyrin in Switzerland, Geneva Airport and Ferney-Voltaire in France, but if you don't need to be in the centre of the city, it's convenient and has all the amenities you'd expect from your standard Novotel cookie cutter model. The service at reception was good, The bar was fine, and the laundry efficient> No more and no less than you'd expect then.

excellent hotel; convenient location, good value, good parking, nice dinning room looking out onto attractive grounds and garden with terrace and pool. Centre of Ferney around 15 minutes walk. excellent breakfast buffet.

Perfect for a stopover - collected free (and quickly) from Geneva Airport complete with luggage and ski bags. Booked the half board package through Accor Hotels website which included dinner in the better than adequate restaurant - open until 10.30 - and a very good breakfast of eggs, fruit, yoghurt, bacon etc. The hotel is corporate but clean and efficient, rooms were small but had a good bathroom and comfortable bed. Chose the hotel as our flight arrived too late to get to Avoriaz at a reasonable time so arranged for the transfer to collect us direct from the hotel the next morning - much cheaper than trying to stay in Morzine for the night and we were still skiing by 10.30 the next morning.

Its a great value for money, motel like establishment, if you have a family of 4 and need to stay near Geneva airport to catch a flight the next day. Staff is very polite and courteous (I would say - at par with most major north american chains). The bathtub and shower was a little scary (dirty with some hairs left over from previous guests) but given that hotels over in swiss part of geneva were 3 times as expensive, it was easy to overlook.

I have used this hotel many times and particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet but recently returned for the first vist in a few years. The service at breakfast was good but the food quality has fallen quite a bit. Seemed like the scrambled egg was made from powder, the bacon under cooked and the bread selection limited compared with my earlier visits. Don't get me wrong, this is still a good value hotel that I recommend but it is a shame that they've let some standards drop.
"Free Shuttle Transfer from Airport But Very Slow Internet"

The hotel is located at france side, you can just call from EuroCar counter in the airport for free pick up.There is a supermarket opposite the hotel if you need any necessities.However, Internet is VERY VERY SLOW.. I cant even load simple websites. Therefore could not get my work done..
"Nice room but is too far from the airport"

The room is tidy and nice. However, the hotel is located at the France side, and the free shuttle end at 2230. How come an airport hotel ends it shuttle so early? we arrived at 2235 so that means we have to take care of ourselves. The taxi fare is around 30 euro therefore we better take the bus. We end up arrived the hotel at around 2am !free wifi in room is gd~

I will continue to choose this hotel whenever I will pass through Geneve airport. I simply enjoyed my last stay very much indeed. Accomodation has been very good, though the last time (4th of May) was even better. Service in the restaurant has been nice and food very good.

The hotel is excellent. Good location not far from Geneva Airport and train station. Hotel provides shuttle to airport and station so make sure you ring them to arrange when arriving at the airport.The staff are very freindly and the food is excellent and well presented. The restaurant and reception staff and always have a friendlly attitude and a smile. Very good yet again and good service. We will return!.M and M Bisley England
"Conveniently located near Geneva city centre"

The hotel is conveniently located from Geneva city centre (15 minutes by car), though the surroundings are not that great: a short ride from Ferney, next to a round about and a very big mall. Luckily the rooms are very well isolated, so you will not hear traffic and planes flying over. The restaurant was nice (and has a kids' menu) and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff is very friendly and will do their best to make your stay a pleasant one.There is free wireless internet, however, the login process is somewhat cumbersome as you need to login every time you open your laptop.The hotel is also convenient when you bring along the kids. There is a small play area, Xbox (though it was defective when we were there), Internet, some toys to play with and a small welcoming gift for the kids.

Stay generally fine, but shuttle bus to the airport needs to start earlier. Start at 0500 o'clock as there are many flight leaving very early. I have previously stayed at NH hotel close to the airport and they have better shuttle service

Very very poor service and food in the restaurant in the evening- after 2 hours we gave up! This really lets the hotel down which is otherwise good.

We enjoyed our one-night stay here, particularly given the 100 Euro advance rate price. Highlights: very friendly and helpful service both from the front desk and in the restaurant. There was a children's corner in the reception area with toys and books which our son enjoyed enormously: a nice touch. The one oddity was that, although we'd booked for 2 adults and one child and this was confirmed at checkin, we had to unfold the sofa bed ourselves and there was no pillow for it; perhaps the fact that it was going to be used had been overlooked in preparing the room. This wasn't a problem though. Free wifi was useful and fast.
