"A GOOD QUIET LOCATION"

We have stayed here several times. It is ideally situated a short distance from the Autoroute in a very quiet location. Good bedrooms, good restaurant and secure parking make it an ideal location for stopping on a journey to or from the South of France. Its not the hotel if you want to be near the city of Orleans, though it is a straightforward drive.

Friendly and efficient service from the staff. The room was adequate for our purposes. However, we had booked and paid to have three adults in the room, but only had two bath towels and two cups with the tea & coffee facilities.Location is good for Oreleans (if staying for a few days) and the autoroute (if passing through).

Very comfortable accommodation, good sized bed. Very clean and warm with tea and coffee making facilities, TV and mini bar. We booked the room to include a 2 course dinner and breakfast. However, there was a limit on what you could choose for the dinner and we probably wouldn't go for that option again. Apart from that it was an enjoyable stay with very friendly staff.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at this hotel after a long drive. A good welcoming hotel for family's with children. Despite being positioned right near the stairs we heard minimal noise and had a good nights sleep.The breakfast had a good selection of food.

Good Hotel and great location would use this hotel again. Very good for a stop over.Kids enjoyed the pool easy to find.Beds very comfortable and the sofa bed had 2 seperate mattressess which really helped the kids get a good nights sleep.

We have regularly stayed at this hotel on route to the south of france. The staff are friendly and speak excellent english if you can't speak french! We particularly like the games facilities outside - table tennis, tennis, a play area, a reasonable 'garden' area and a swimming pool - all of which are great if you are travelling with children. Indoors there is free internet access and playstation. The staff are also helpful about local sites to visit. Within 1 hour are several fabulous Loire Chateaux - Chambord is well worth the 40 minute journey from the hotel.

Hotel very easy to find and usual Novotel standards around greeting, bi-lingual staff and very family friendly atmosphere. The hotel has superb games facilities (pool, table tennis, garden outdoors and indoor pool table, table football, table tennis and smaller children play area). Family rooms good, clean functionl. Only down side with the hotel is that the location is to the South of Orleans and there is not much else in the immediate vicinity in the way of eating options meaning that the restaurant is the default. This is fine but basic and not the cheapest, although the childrens menu is very good value. Service is typically French and small children got a bit bored waiting for deserts. Allow a couple of hours to eat. Car parking secure to the level of leaving bikes on car with no worries. Overall an ideal stopover hotel as all Novotels are.Recommended but then we have never had a bad experience at a novotel to date and have used many times.
"A Great Place to Relax"

My wife & I have stayed here four or five times. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is very good. The dinner menu is not quite as good as it was in 2010 but is still good value for money. Our only criticism is that the hotel is too child friendly; with young children being allowed to ran around the restaurant ruining the dining experience. We suggest that the hotel has either set times for family dining or part of the dining area is made exclusively for adults.

The hotel was very pleasant and clean. We stayed at this hotel several years ago. The experience was mainly positive, however, we were disappointed by the food. We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant as we had travelled a considerable distance during the day. The choice was very limited and quality acceptable. Breakfast was disappointing.The hotel is situated in an excellent location for an overnight stay and the staff were pleasant.

Good hotel during most of the year, but not on hot summer days. Air conditioning doesn't work properly. Restaurant is very good! (Good price/quality ratio). Good breakfast with a lot of variety. The hotel is certainly recommandable outside hot summer days.

This hotel is nice and friendly and the staff on reception were helpful and pleasant. We have a large family of 2 adults with 5 teenage children and a seven year old. We were not made to feel uncomfortable whilst using the hotel facilities, pool, bar etc. However, we did find the restaurant staff a little rude when we had dinner and the food was cold. We did not receive all of our accompaniments with our meals but were not asked if everything was ok and couldn't attract anyone's attention to rectify this. As the food was not very hot we didn't want to waste any more time so did without 3 side dishes that we had asked for. The drinks are unbelievably expensive but the food is reasonably priced and the children's meals are a real bargain, including a drink, side dish and dessert. All in all we had a good stay it was just a shame about the evening meal but we would stay there again as our experience was mostly a positive one.

Easy to find from the motor way and so good for an overnight stop while travelling through France. Too far from the centre to walk into Orleans. Hotel was very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant very pleasant and food good. Possible to have a reasonably priced meal. Free parking in grounds of hotel.

Fantastic hotel in great location. Very tidy, clean and modern. Staff excellent and very friendly. Family room contain 4 beds so is perfect for us. Kids love the pool which is very clean. I will go back!

The location of the hotel is ideal , although not "just off the motorway". More 4-5 miles but that's OK. Reception very nice, room on ground floor very good, overlooking the garden and pool. We have stayed in these hotels previously and always find the menu very dull and uninspiring (I ended up with a cheese omlet as nothing else really appealed - very microwave/Brake Brothers/363 type food). As said, room OK but duvet far too heavy. Breakfast very good. Would we stay again - yes but as a chain they do need to sort out their menu.
"A business hotel that works for families"

Clean and modern, with good, simple facilities and great gardens. Clearly a business hotel that's not far from the motorway, it also offers good inside space (with a library, with games, with computer games) and great outdoor space (garden, pool, play area, ping pong, tennis) which is fantastic for families. So - not a destination, but a great stopover.

We stayed at this hotel en route to home from the UK. It was easy to find, not far from the motorway and in a lovely setting. We also had dinner in the hotel and it was excellent and the waitress knew about the wine list and what was local. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and if you were there in the summer, it has a very nice outdoor pool.
