"Bad choise"

Difficult to find.We reserved a three people room and they prepare only two beds.We ordered coffes and drings at the pool and the waiter spool the coffee at the disk.Breakfast ok.Small room.Extras expensive.

Located near the autoroute so didn't take us far off our route to Italy. Lovely helpful receptionists. The restaurant was delightful with good quality food plus a very good choice of breakfasts. The rooms were a bit tatty but OK for one night.

When I saw the hotel - in amongst a commercial area and next to an aerodrome - my heart sank. However, the place was great. Clean rooms, quiet location, lovely pool (aided by the good weather), and hearty breakfast. All-in-all we were impressed with this Novotel and would certainly stay there again when travelling through France.

An unusual split location Novotel due to it close location to the local airport runway. Part of hotel has been upgraded and part is the tired old style Novotel design.Pleasant restaurant but some staff had personal hygiene problems.Our room had a very temperamental A/C unit and a bathroom door that would not close.No doubt newer rooms were problem free.Difficult to find as sat nav location is not correct.Plenty of secure parking.

Very convenient location easy to find just off motorway. Everyone courteous and efficient although the buildings themselves (we were in a separet annexe) are beginning to show their age : for example the shower over the bath was not properly fixed so you cannot stand under it.Restaurant was not efficiently air conditioned and similarly the Air Con in the bedroom was again showing it's age : did the job but only just.Food was excellent as were the local Alsace wines recommended by the wine waiter.All in all a pleasant enough stay but Novotel could do with spending a little capital on this one.We regularly use Novotels and this did appear to be one of the "less new" ones !!

Easy to find and reach. Good parking posibilities. Peaceful location despite of the airport next to the hotel building. Swimming pool nice for especially kids. Helpful and friendly staff. Part of the staff spoke very good English. Good rooms. 'Division' of one family with two rooms into two buildings not so nice. Good but a bit expensive breakfast.

Family-friendly hotel with a reasonable cost. Outside the center of Colmar, is not a problem for people who have cars. The park is not paid.The staff is very nice.The rooms are ok, without great luxury with everything you need.

Great & friendly service. Magnificent breakfast. Be careful not to put address into Sat Nav - it didn't work for us but we just headed for the airport and found it. For a family of 4 you can all get into 1 room. Bit cramped but very good value.
