"All you can expect from a Novotel"

As said in title, all you can expect from a Novotel. Only negative point: slow service for the restaurant. There was only one member of staff (extremely helpful and polite) to look after all the customers....

Lots of refurbing work going on at he hotel. Meals served in a conference room. Friendly reception staff but restaurant staff less involved. A cigarette with the chef seems more imprtant than the customer. Food very very average. Suggest checking before you book here. Not to the usual Novotel standard.
