Novotel Besançon: 4.0 out of 5 stars "A bit costly..."

Everything is fine with this hotel except the food: restaurant and breakfast (>13€) are overpriced... The room is clean and comes with all standard furniture, the bathroom is nice and clean, and the TV is fantastic.
