Visited the south of France for a long weekend. Found this hotel on the Internet and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the hotel and the staff. Rooms were clean and large by European standards. A very nice restaurant in the hotel. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. We will use this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay at NOVOTEL aix en provence Beaumanoir Les 3 Sautets. The location was very easy to find from the autoroute. Checking in was a matter of minutes. The position of the lift in the building is a little bit far from the entrance/reception so we use the stairs next to the reception. We have stayed in others NOVOTELS so we knew the rooms and the interior, In this room we had the feeling the floor needs some extra cleaning because there were some stains on the flooring. The safe in the room and free internet is a plus. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. We have not use room service because we prefer to go in town for dinner.The parking and the closed gates at night gives a secure feeling.

Was expecting the typical Novotel standard, nothing fancy but at least mid-range. Turned out to be old with stinky halls and carpets.Really not worth the room rate.

Classical Novotel welcome. Good breakfast. Disappointing dinner - quite expansive for the quality of food. But hotel is well located and you have no surprise.
