the reception was quite good and hartful.It was my expectaion I had a feeling on Novotel.But, the restaurant was terriblely bad.Many mistakes and bad attitude were not acceptable for me.I hope this kind of hotel is rare case in the novotel group.I basically like novotel group with good quality of service and price, but ervy novotel, I never stay.
