"Good stay"

Location is in the middle of an industrial estate so may not be for everyone but it was a good hotel, ideal for visiting Disneyland Paris which is why we booked. Everything that we needed. Room was clean and roomy enought for the 3 of us. We ate in the restuarant, good service, could understand english, and food tasted good too. Breakfast also good.

Lovely spacious entrance. Very welcoming reception. Rooms lovely with fridge which was a lovely touch. Breakfast very good. Staff very helpful and ordered us a taxi in the morning. Very well placed for Disney.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days together with our 3 children. The rooms were big enough and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the kids could move around the hotel with no difficulties. The private parking is a plus for those travelling with car and also the proximity to the national road A4 that drives you to Paris or Disneyland. Located in the triangle Airport, Paris and disneyland was a very good choice for us. On the other hand I wouldn't recommend to someone that is not using a car, since transportation is not easy to find in that area.

Great location for Disneyland and not to bad to get to Paris (train). Hotel was great, accommodating to kids (Xbox in reception area) and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend if you are thinking of going to Disneyland with (or without) kids.

excellent location for Disney. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts good value. We had a family room with 2 teenagers for a stop over visit. room was fit for purpose for a short break. any longer would suggest 2 rooms.kids enjoyed free wifi and latest Knex games.if you chose not to eat in hotel, grill restraunt 2 minute walk away. Popular, busy and steak was excellent.

Me and my family have stayed at this hotel for the last five years. its a lovely hotel and the staff are very pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast is fantastic and the rooms are always immaculate. I would recommend it 100%

From the start the hotel created a good impressoin, appearnace and decor. Staff very attentive. Room spaciouis and comfortable. Dined late with two young children and restaurant could not have been more helpful. Recommend using.

We stayed here having spent a few days at Disney.All staff very pleasant. Free parking and breakfast included which was a definite plus.The extra plus for me was the excellent hairdryer (remember it is sometimes the little things that count!) A good stop before returning home.I cannot fault Novotel hotels.

We stayed at the Novotel Marne La Vallee Collegien as we were having a family trip to Euro Disney. The hotel was easy to find and well positioned.On arrival we were greeted by a well mannered and efficient receptionist who gave us plenty of information.The reception and bar area is modern with adequate facilities (Apple Mac computers, X-Box etc for guest use)The room was clean, well maintained and had sufficient pillows. The only area for complaint was that the air conditioning system did not appear to work in the room and following an unusually hot day for the time of year we were unable tio sleep due to the stiffling heat. The window did not open far enough to allow for a change of air.Otherwise highly recommended.

The Hotel is located ideally for travellers to Eurodisney and Central Paris. Eurodisney is just 10 min drive away and two stations away from RER Line A Station Bussy St George. The station is just a couple of miles away from the hotel. However I would only recommend this hotel is if you have your own car as you have to drive to get to the station and a taxi costs you almost Euro 20 one way trip. Riding to Central Paris is cost you around Euro 15 for an adult for one day travel card and takes 30 min to Chatelet le Halles which is the Central Paris station. The Hotel is very clean and also has an outdoor pool, xbox kinect, foozball table and a very nice restaurant and a bar on site. Also, the parking is plenty and free. All in all I stayed at this hotel twice and would recommend it to anyone with a car.

This hotel is really close to Eurodisney (just 10 minutes) and is an easy hop down from Calais (about 2.5hours). We got an evening Eurotunnel train with our car and stayed there the night before going to Disney in order to get to the park in really good time the next morning.Service was good, even though we arrived after 1030pm, the room was a good size with a double bed and separate single sofa beds for our children. Can't rate breakfast as it is reasonably pricey when compared with a coffee and croissant from a cafe in the nearby town en route to Disney!

We stay at this hotel for one night. It was very nice stay. Pool, free X-Box in the lobby for kids. Good size clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Nice buffet breakfast. It may be good for business and also to visit Disneyland. We reserved some other hotel to visit Disneyland, but next time I would consider this one, because it is not so crowded. We were with car, so it makes the hotel very convenient also to Disney and to Paris.

I planned to sandwich our trip to Alps region of France with a 2 day 2 park hopper Euro Disney trip (1 day on the way down 1 on the way back) with two, two night stops at the Marne La Vallee hotel this also gave us a rest from the long drive. I was going to book the std. room but when I finally got around to booking only superior room was available, my tip is book early. Room for all four of us cost about £220 for two nights. This included all you can eat buffet breakfast for me and wife, kids under 16 eat free. Breakfast is continental with addition of French sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs. We all enjoyed the breakfast.It does get busy with lots of family’s stopping for short Euro Disney hols.We got to Disneyland on the Metro RER form the Torcy station near the Carrefour Centre Commercial; this is where we parked our car for the day. We needed 8 single tickets for RER, total cost about £20. It is possible to walk to the station from the hotel, 40 mins to an hour depending how fit you are. I wouldn’t recommend walk if you have small children as some sections of the road have no footpath (we didn’t do the walk!!).Meals in the hotel are expensive, apart from breakfast we didn’t eat there; we opted for snacks either at Euro Disney or in our room or eating at one of the cafe's in the Centre Commercial.The hotel pool looked nice but we didn’t use it due to weather and time. There are two PC’s with internet access in the reception area which Kids used for free when available. We were happy with the hotel; we would use this hotel again and would recommend to friends if going to Euro Disney.
"Not clean, worn down and bad food!"

We stayed in the rooms 483 & 485 for two days during our visit at Disneyland Paris. In bith rooms the bathrooms were not cleaned properly on arrival (long black hairs even stuck on the walls and on the floors, toilets still with marks and not even a toilet brush, etc.). The window handle in one room did not work so that it could not be opened even partially. Both Queen size beds were worn down and one foot was missing so you always slid out of the bed while sleeping. Although complained about this at the reception at the first morning, it was not fixed nor cleaned properly afterwards.The quality of the food served in the restaurant can be improved. The scrambled breakfast eggs were still pretty rare, so was the Hamburger served as Kids meal for a 6 year old in the evening!

The hotel was not really clean. The bathroom looked a bit old and was smudgy and one of the pillows had stains on it. To sleep there with 2 adults and 2 young children (10) was a bit tight. No room to sit anymore. On the other hand - the only reason we needed an hotel was to sleep.Breakfast is good.The location near Disneyland is perfect though. Plenty of space to park your car, although the extreme security around it (double bars for both entrance and exit) makes me wonder why that's needed.

I was extremely happy with all aspects of this hotel, from the serice and helpfullness of the staff to the ease of reaching Disneyland. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Disneyland who have a car.

We stayed for a week in this hotel and paid for room plus breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located for Disneyland but is a little out of the way for the city. The rooms were very clean and the service was excellent. There is free ample parking for more than 200 cars and the hotel is very close to the Val d europe mall and other hypermarkets like Carrefour and Auchan. The closest stations are Torcy and Bussy St George. They are not walking distance but just 5 min drive away. The only suggestion from me is that breakfast end time during the week should be 10:00AM instead of 9:30. Everything else with regards to the hotel was to our complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone with kids and car for Eurodisney.
