"Very unfriendly front desk service!"

The front desk service was extremely unfriendly. For example I asked for help with the luggage and the front desk guy told me I should help myself. This is not a 4 star hotel.My wife asked for help to order a cab and the guy was rolling his eyes and tried to help other people first who came later. The gentlemen though told the front desk guy that my wife was first in queue.We've been there for a big family event and this had not been the only incidents there. Also looks like there are not enough people to do service (concierge, front desk). The restaurants and cleaning personnel was friendly though and I am sorry for them, that they have to share those colleagues.

It is what it is and location is good for what I need... Nothing more.To get a better review I would need.. Free wifi, iron in the room, toilet in the washroom and better signing so you can find your way around.

Great hotel. Very quiet and friendly with all amenities. Close to rail and bus, and to shopping centre. We plan to stay again.

All areas of stay in the hotel were good and comfortable. I would have liked to have access to a gym or excercise facilities on site. Did find the price of drinks and to a certain extent the price of the food to be too high to justify.

We traveled with an infant, and hotel provided a cot for him. We expected better look of the hotel, as it is 4 star Novotel. Bud the services were good and staff was friendly. It is far from the Paris down town, but pretty close to CDG Airport.

Good standard Novotel - comfortable, good and friendly service (especially with children), comfortable rooms, convenient car parking, and good value for money. In short, just what one comes to expect - but is nevertheless pleased to get - at a good Novotel.

This was a very suitable hotel. Food was above average and room was very quiet. Location was very convenient to ESSEC University and to the city centre. The only negative was that it was 45 outside Paris.
