The room was clean and isolated from noise. I liked the breakfast (and the coffee). Staff were nice, kind and helpful. The sport room was too small and the coffee machine in my room didn't work properly (too low water flow).

I will speak only about not very good topics: 1) bad noice isolation in the room. We were weaked up with the little child in other room, because we heard everything 2) parking is very small. I had not very big car, but it was a challenge to enter the parking All other topics were good. Breakfast is great (but small amount of space).

Poor reception process, long and for significant parts of checking in was ignored and blanked, it boarded on being rude. Room was above the restaurant area, thus until midnight the noise was high in terms of chairs and tables being moved around (sorted after service) It sounded like a persistent movement of furniture across hard floors which initially I thought was in the room above me, but on checking in my nightwear I established was the staff moving all the furniture about - I think my room was 237, go and spend time in there after dinner service In the morning the breakfast area is carnage, with lots of tables with dirty dishes meaning nowhere to sit and eat what is an expensive breakfast I shall not use that hotel again
