I have been there a few times now to work and this may become my staple place! I went to the cafe to meet someone for work and feel like I tripped into this gem. It’s clean, relaxed, warm, with great food, coffee, tea available… one of my favorite added touches is the infused water they offer. A special kudos to Samia who was so kind and attentive. While I’m in Paris this will be my work space for sure!

Paid too much for what I got

Dear sir A., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Hôtel Mercure Paris Porte d'Orléans. we are very sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow us to express our sincerest apologies. we would like to give you more information about your return: unfortunately we were not aware of all these inconveniences during your stay. regarding the parking, you can get acces with the code on your parking ticket. without this code it not possible to take the lift and also the stairs. Sustainable development is at the center of the Accor group. We work daily to limit negative impacts of all kinds and we invite our customers to join us in this cause. regarding the 50€ it was for the breakfast (inclued in your reservation ) as you did not consume them you have been refund at the check out time. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Sincerely, Ruth

Despite online registration, check-in was not prepared. Full payment was requested despite my insistence that it was already paid online. This was negated by the staff member. Despite asking for a double bed, we were assigned a Twin room. No upgrade despite gold member, drink voucher, but the bar was closed over the weekend. It was rectified, refunded and room upgrade after request. Might have preferred a gesture here on price of parking. Breakfast was good.
