Mercure Reims Parc des Expositions: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Overnight stay"

8th June 2012

Very good service all round - reception, dinner, breakfast and check out. Food excellent and value for money. Location was not suitable for a long stay being on a business park but good for a peaceful nights sleep. Access is easy to the city centre and I woul drecommend it for short stays.

Mercure Reims Parc des Expositions: 5.0 out of 5 stars "A valued visit."

The staff were very welcoming which is always a reason for us to come again. We hope to return. The room was spacious and quiet. The catering staff were very helpful, discreet and friendly.

Mercure Reims Parc des Expositions: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Overnight stop"

Overall hotel good, but not very good with food. No salads or light meals available and after a long journey this is what is required. We had the buffet meal on our return trip - not very impressed for 25 Euros - last time we had it it was excellent. Reception staff very helpful.

Mercure Reims Parc des Expositions: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Good once you find it."

Reims is a large city. The maps and directions provided by most, if not all the hotels are not that helpful. We stayed there a couple of years ago and still had problems finding it, coming from the North on the new motorway. Sat Nav probably helps, but I don't like it!
