Mercure Reims Parc des Expositions Hotel: 4.0 out of 5 stars "View of the Mercure Hotel"

3rd September 2013, ptakle, Nuremberg, Germany

A warm and welcoming hotel, with an excellent location easily accessed from the Motorway. I was agreeably surprised by the level of service and facilities available form the room. The breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice. Being able to dine beside the swimming pool was an advantage considering the busy roads beyond the hotel grounds. Will stay again if I can.

Mercure Reims Parc des Expositions Hotel: 4.0 out of 5 stars "No complaints"

We stayed here one night enroute to UK. Sevice very good. Clean and comfortable room. Large car park. Free wifi as expected these days. Only one disapointment, chairs in room are hard plastic bucket type. Would have appreciated more comfortable seating.

Mercure Reims Parc des Expositions Hotel: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Overnight stay"

Very good service all round - reception, dinner, breakfast and check out. Food excellent and value for money. Location was not suitable for a long stay being on a business park but good for a peaceful nights sleep. Access is easy to the city centre and I woul drecommend it for short stays.

Mercure Reims Parc des Expositions Hotel: 5.0 out of 5 stars "A valued visit."

The staff were very welcoming which is always a reason for us to come again. We hope to return. The room was spacious and quiet. The catering staff were very helpful, discreet and friendly.

Mercure Reims Parc des Expositions Hotel: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Overnight stop"

28th September 2011, Stoke-on-Trent

Overall hotel good, but not very good with food. No salads or light meals available and after a long journey this is what is required. We had the buffet meal on our return trip - not very impressed for 25 Euros - last time we had it it was excellent. Reception staff very helpful.

Mercure Reims Parc des Expositions Hotel: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Good once you find it."

8th September 2011, Sion, Switzerland

Reims is a large city. The maps and directions provided by most, if not all the hotels are not that helpful. We stayed there a couple of years ago and still had problems finding it, coming from the North on the new motorway. Sat Nav probably helps, but I don't like it!
