"Good value hotel"

I have stayed at Ibis Berlin Mitte twice and I think I'll chose this hotel the next time I go to Berlin as well. The hotel has a central location and the prices are very good. The people in the reception are friendly and helpful an available 24 hours. The rooms are clean but some of the inventory is maybe getting a bit old. The beds can be a bit hard if you don't prefer hard beds, but was no problem for me. The room had no minibar or a water boiler, but I only missed the last one of those two. The one thing I didn't like was no free Wifi.

I stayed in Ibis Berlin Mitte for three nights. Hotel is very close to the center. Only small remark no snacks or food inside hotel, otherwise staying was pleasant. Staff is very friendly and helpfull

We had a good stay at the Ibis Berlin Mitte. Very nice clean and friendly hotel. Bit of a walk from the station at Alexanderplatz which is ok in good weather but not such fun when it's pouring down. Very nice place. Wifi available in lobby for free but have to pay for it in rooms. On refection with the choice of good hotels in Berlin, due to the distance from the station (my husband can't walk far and a taxi refused to take us from Alexander platz to the hotel because at almost half a mile, the driver said that was not worth his while,we did get another taxi to take us) and lack of free WI fi in rooms I would choose somewhere else next time. Free in room wifi would change my mind.

Great location, room was clean and the staff were extremely helpful.I would stay here again and recommend this place to others. It was also close to public transport and it was easy to get taxis. It was walking distance to many tourist attractions as well.

Even if situated in wide street a short walk from anything interesting, it is just on the edge of both Mitte, Prenzlauerberg and Friedrichshain and therefore a really good position. M2 to the door from Alexanderplatz S-bahn, U-and S-bahn relatively close by.It is a typical Ibis hotel, what you need is there, nothing more, nothing less. Bad coffee, good shower.

I am fun of IBIS hotels , when i travell alone or for buissnes / i first time try it with my family and it was really great! Next time I ll choose again IBIS hotels specially in germany / I did not take brekfast but next time i will

my partner and i have no complaint -- the ibis mitte was as comfortable as we could wish. i particularly enjoyed the ease of going in and out -- no security barriers to negotiate. the desk staff was discreet and courteous and left you alone.

Good position, breakfast. Good quality/price balance. I would come back if in Berlin again.Essential rooms. Gentle cruise. I would suggest to improve free desktops at the receptions. Next to a beautiful biergarten!!!

We had a very pleasant stay at Berlin Mitte. Transport around Berlin was very convenient. The staff were pleasant and helpful and breakfast was good. We had a reasonable size room for an Ibis the only downside that is wasn't non-smoking ( we weren't given a choice). However, the room didn't smell of stale smoke and when I spoke to Reception they suggested that in the future we emailed our request directly to the hotel and they would do their best. Berlin is obviously a large city and we used a transport card to get about which was a big saving.. The area is in the former east and not as 'desirable' as wealthy areas but this is reflected in the price of the hotel. The area was populated by students and seemed quite safe at night.
