I recently arrived at the Mercure Montparnasse Raspail hotel. I have been a loyal Accor customer after several years and have been to Accor hotels in different regions of the world. This is already outrageous when I discovered that the hotel's air conditioning system was intact. The day ended at 27 degrees Celsius in Paris. The room is pretty hot and you don't have time to sleep. The hotel staff's responses were always bureaucratic: You must speak to the direction.. there’s nothing we can do right now. They could not turn the system on immediately. They could not change rooms or hotels. It's a lack of sensitivity about the minimum comfort elements that you can expect and that are included in this hotel category. My relationship with the Accor network ends here. Very regrettable.

They have taken the rooms from small to closet size bedrooms. Totally ridiculous. Also, you don’t even have cream in the bedrooms for when we make coffee! There are no washcloths, the towels are tiny. Trying to save money has really taking you way downhill

This is why we continuously strive to find ways to enhance your comfort, whether through the renewal of our bedding or the optimization of our room layouts with quality furniture. We are also aware that, during extended stays, luggage can take up a lot of space in the room. Where possible, we offer to store your luggage and bulky packages in our storage room throughout your stay. Please feel free to make this request during your next visit. In order to limit single-use plastic waste, we no longer provide milk jugs. Our reception team is available 24 hours a day and is happy to serve any drinks our guests desire throughout their stay. Hotel is situated in a very neat neighborhood lots of restaurant around, and clean area. Rooms are somewhat small but fresh and nicely decorated. When we came to our room the toilet seat was broken, but after reporting it was fixed within the hour.
