With your Accor Favorite Guest Card, you will be sure to benefit from the best room rate at the time of your reservation, at more than 2,000 Accor hotels.
- SOFITEL*: 20% on weekdays and 20% or 50% on weekends on room rates.
- NOVOTEL and MERCURE**: 15% every day on room rates.
- SUITEHOTEL**: 10% every day on room rates .
- IBIS*: 10% every day on room rates, breakfast and dinner.
These reductions are also applicables at all Accor Vacances and Accor Thalassa hotels of the brands mentioned above

For each of your stays at Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure, Suitehotel, Ibis, Accor Vacances and Accor Thalassa, as well as at Club Med*, your earn Compliments Points** on your expenditures * including at one night.

€10 spent at Club Med = 20 Compliments Points
You will earn these Points on a stay *** booked exclusively via clubmed.com or the Club Med telephone reservation centre (this advantage may not be added to any promotional offer open at the time the stay is booked).

12,000 Points = €100 in Compliments® vouchers valid for your stays at Club Med
However, if you have earned 5,000 Points and stayed a minimum of 10 nights at Accor hotels since your last voucher order, you can order a Compliments® voucher of € 50 valid on weekends at our hotels.
