Terms and Conditions of Use
1. How can I book my stay online with my points?
- • You can use your Rewards points to complete all or part of an online booking for stays in hotels participating in the ALL loyalty programme. Independent partner hotels involved in the ALL loyalty programme do not allow the use of ALL points.
- • The total amount (tax included) for your booking must be greater or equal to the converted points (2,000 points = €40).
- • On the other hand, booking rates that are prepaid or cannot be changed or voided must include partial payment by bank card.
- • You can use your Rewards points for bookings on the following websites: all.accor.com.com, sofitel.com, pullmanhotels.com, mgallery.com, novotel.com, suitenovotel.com, mercure.com, ibishotel.com, ibisstyles.com, adagio.com; the ALL phone reservation centre or by booking directly with any hotel participating in the ALL loyalty programme.
- • The use of points shall not give rise to any form of monetary compensation whatsoever including the giving of change.
2. How many points do I need to have in my account to receive this benefit?
"- • A minimum of 2,000 points are needed at the time of booking. In any case, points are used in multiples of 2,000 points (e.g. if you have 4,540 points in your account, you can use 4,000 Rewards points), and for all of your points corresponding to multiples of 2,000.

- • When making a booking on one of the abovementioned websites (see question 1) or via the Accor mobile application, you can use up to 1,000,000 points in increments of 2,000 points (e.g. if you make a booking worth €90 and have 4,540 points in your account, you can use 2,000 or 4,000 points).
- • When booking through a channel other than those identified in the previous point, all your points that may be used for a given booking are automatically taken into account when you book, in multiples of 2,000 points (e.g. if you make a booking worth €110 and have 5,540 points in your account, 4,000 points will be used).
- • Usage is limited to 1,000,000 points per booking.
3. What if I do not have enough points to book my stay?
You must then use your usual payment method(s) to settle your bill, either online or at the hotel, according to the rate's terms and conditions.
4. Will I earn Rewards points through bookings made using my points?
The part of the bill where Rewards points have been used is not eligible for points. The rest of the billed services are eligible according to the rules set out in the programme's general terms and conditions of use.
5. Will I lose my points if I cancel or change my stay?
Your points will be credited to your ALL – Accor Live Limitless account in the following cases:
- • Cancellation of booking in the event of declined or failed payment;
- • Cancellation of booking prior to the arrival date for rates that can be cancelled or changed;
- • Changes to a booking involving a re-assessment of the number of ALL – Accor Live Limitless points used during the initial booking, for rates that can be cancelled or changed (unless you have already checked in at the hotel);
- • No-show at the hotel for rates that can be cancelled or changed (the amount for the first night will be charged).
Your points will not be credited if you request a change or cancellation to your booking for rates that cannot be changed or refunded.
