The hotel is near the tram stop. Easy to go everywhere. Just 11 minutes with tram to Bahnhofstrasse. Room was also big enough for parents and kid, they even made a sofa bed for my son. He was beyond happy. Alice on the reception desk was super friendly and helpful, we (especially my 3 y.o. son) like her a lot. We left a small package in the hotel room and only realized after checking out. Called them after a week (it's Alice again) and it's still there. The fact that it's still there at lost and found even after a week shows you the honesty and good ethic of this hotel. Highly recommended.

good proximity to center of Zurich

The stay was generally good. The Rooms were clean and the functional. The one thing I found was a problem was that the air conditioning could not be adjusted to run cooler. The room was always at 22 - 23 degree (Celcius). Setting the A/c on the controls did not make any change to the overall temp of the room. Opening the windows was the only solution to cool down the room but since we were facing the street, it got quite loud with people below. Sometimes the if someone was smoking outside, we could get the odor in the room.
