We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Novotel in Les Halles. The staff was attentive and professional, and the location can't be beat. Our room on the top floor was extremely comfortable and we were surprised to be able to see the Eiffel Tower from our window! We will absolutely be returning to the hotel on our next visit.

We have a hotel itself was fine and its accommodations. We had a less than stellar experience checking in. We were told our room would be ready in 15 minutes so we went and had some lunch and came back over an hour later and again we’re told our room would be ready in another 20 minutes…, Time we were given vouchers for drinks in the meanwhile. We returned in another 20 minutes and again we were told our room was not ready. Then it was past 3:30. Finally a manger stepped in and was able to give us a different room that was already prepared. Why the long wait?

This hotel is amazing!! We will definitely stay here next time we are in Paris. The room was so nice and big and decorated for my daughter's and niece's birthday surprise. Housekeeping was so nice and polite. We could walk to almost everything. All the trains were literally right out front! The mall was literally right out back! The bar and restaurant downstairs were great. Thank you so much Novotel Les Halles. See you all soon
