IT'S A HOURLY MOTEL

I have stayed for 1 night only. It's right on the edge of terrible rating, just because it is cheap, and free parking. The bldg is not clean, pillow cover and bed sheet is not clean. Room is very small, and very noisy, you will hear people talk and walk in the corridor. No hot water for shower, staffs claimed that it's broken and they boil water for us, and finally we had shower-able hot water after 20+ mins of running water. WIFI signal is very weak in the room, and lack of electrical outlets, only found total 2 in the entire room.

Do not expect too much..

Budgeted hotel with many restaurants around the neighbourhood within walking distance. But overall not a very clean hotel in compared to other Ibis budgeted hotels line , while we were provided with stained pillow cases and towels. The supply of hot water is limited, so it is a problem for hot shower. The doors and walls are not sound-proof, so you can easily hear other customers going in and coming out from their rooms. (Not to mention, you'd actually have to slam the door to close it tight) I guess you just can't compliant too much with this kinda price range.

Location was good. Breakfast is not great. The hotel is surrounded by many commercial establishments. You would definitely need bus or cab to reach nearest metro station. The staff can hardly speak english and the staff was very friendly.

Un hôtel IBIS avec des chambres standards satisfaisantes. Station de métro la plus proche Yuquanlu à 3 bon Kms accessible par deux bus (436/473) réguliers 7/7 entre 5h et 23h. La plus grosse difficulté de cette hôtel est dû au fait que son personnel parle un minimum d'anglais (un comble dans un hôtel ACCOR à l''étranger). Cela complique les actions les plus basique.

Pas de restaurant, salle petit-déjeuner froide et en courant d'air entre l'entrée de l'hôtel et l'accueil, bruyant, on entend les climatiseurs des chambres voisines qui ronronnent, matelas trop dur ...
