J'ai séjourné trois nuits dans une superbe chambre dans les étages supérieurs avec une superbe vue sur la rivière, la mer et la ville. Lever de soleil inoubliable depuis mon balcon ! Chambre calme, propre, moderne. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts. Le seul défaut du séjour était la lenteur du check in et du check out. Alors que je bénéficiais d'une réception dédiée en tant que membre du programme fidélité, j'ai attendu 20 minutes pour mon check in, plus 30 minutes pour que l'on monte mes bagages dans la chambre. Après une relance, j'ai fini par descendre chercher mes bagages moi-même...

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité des prestations de restauration et de petit déjeuner. Le buffet du samedi soir était réellement exceptionnel. Mention particulière à l accueil de huynh thi Hong duyen et sa collègue ainsi qu'a thuy thong phuong chinh. Service de conciergerie efficace et nettoyage des chambres hyper réactifs. Bref tout est parfait. Nous reviendrons.
