A little piece of paradise up in the mountains. The staff (especially Lalita, Sarah & all restaurant staff) are amazing! So kind, professional and always willing to go above and beyond. So friendly and provide the most outstanding customer service you could ask for! Breakfast buffet is always delicious with lots to choose from, always fresh and constantly topped up at all times. Coffee is delish! Barista made and can not fault anything! We dined at Mandy’s for dinner and it is 5 star service and the quality and freshness of the food is amazing. We have continued to come back (7 times now) because of the staff, service and just overall, the beautiful experience every time we stay. Beautiful views, housekeeping staff are lovely and always servicing the rooms daily and providing everything you need to make your stay comfortable and clean. We will continue to come back because every single time we have stayed here, we enjoy it more and more each time and have built great rapport with the staff. Would highly recommend as the lodge offers so many great features and has excellent ammenities. So much to do and a relaxing and quiet environment on top of the mountain. The cheese platter is to die for and the beds are so comfy and rooms very clean. Keep up the amazing work guys because we love this place and thank you for always making our stay super enjoyable and fun!

Its gone to the dogs in the last 12months, no customer service, such an effort for any of the staff to do anything, overpriced. The food at the hot buffet breakfast was cold. Staff are very rude and unfriendly, everything was such an effort for them to do their job. They even had a wedding there that weekend and the guests no idea where to go, it was appalling. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I never give bad reviews because I think it's unkind, but I don't want someone else to have the same experience I did. What is advertised is definitely not what is delivered. Please refer to photos… nothing more needs to be said. When arriving and saw my room (Superior Room) and the venue....I wanted to leave.....and requested a refund. Melissa receptionist said that I was not entitled to a refund because I signed the terms and conditions stating I needed to give 14 days' notice to cancel to receive a refund. I calmly stated that "what you are advertising is false advertisement and not what you receive when you arrive; therefore, I would like a refund, please." Front desk/manager repeated above. I proceed to explain Australian Consumer Law and that my sister is a lawyer and that again, they were falsely advertising online. It was at this point I was offered a refund of 50% of my accommodation costs. I took it because I just wanted to stay somewhere else. There is much nicer accommodation at Eaton Hill!

L'hôtel est très beau, spacieux et propre. Il offre de nombreuses facilités (tennis, spa, restauration...) Notre chambre était grande avec une vue magnifique sur le lac L'allure générale est moderne Petit frigo à disposition, wifi (bon débit), tv (petite) Le matelas était confortable, mais trop mou à notre goût Les points négatifs: - l'insonorisation est légère, nous avons entendu tous nos voisins tirer leur chasse d'eau le matin ou relever leur store - débit de l'eau de la douche plutôt léger - les stores contre la lumière ne servent à rien, si vous voulez faire la grasse matinée c'est raté, on est en plein jour!

Nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'être surclassés en chambre sup avec spa. Gde chambre avec balcon donnant sur la nature.Restaurant délicieux et abordable.Magnifique vues sur Brisbane.Un peu difficile à trouver.
