I stayed at the ibis Chennai OMR for the past couple of days (From 25th Feb to 27th Feb) and the stay was so pleasant and comfortable. Mr. Ponirul, room-keeping staff, made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing. From the moment we arrived until departure, he exceeds expectations. Exceptional room service with a commitment. He was really kind, courteous and willing to attend any request. The rooms were spotless and the facilities were well maintained. He was quick at his service so professional and such a trustworthy person. An efficient staff who excels at personal attention is a must-have for a luxury hotel like ibis. It was an official trip for two days however absolutely amazing stay with Ibis OMR. Special thanks to Salil reservation manager who helped me a lot to book the room as per my preference also thanks to Duty manager Soumalya and j Jose(if I'm not wrong) and all the FO ,restaurant, HK for wonderful hospitality. Malgré une propreté un accueil agréable le personnel top . Il y avait beaucoup de zone à rectifier . Couette tachée ! coffre Fort ne fonctionne pas ! Frigo dans la chambre hors service !
