Hôtel très propre. Il est très bien entrenu et le personnel est très professionnel. Les repas sont vraiment délicieux. Mention spéciale à somaya. Elle est vraiment adorable. Nous avons été servis comme des rois. Nhesitez pas à aller dans cet hôtel. De plus je tiens à souligner que la literie est de qualité.

Je connais tres bien le Novotel Al Bustan, bon petit déjeuner les installations sont bien par contre beaucoup de problèmes ds la chambre 3013 avec pas d’eau chaude dans la douche deux jours pour pour pouvoir se doucher j’ai du decendre au douche du Gym pour avoir de l eau chaude. J’ai signalé lenprobleme plusieurs fois mais une fois ils ont régler le probleme le lendemain ma femme na pas pu avoir de l eau chaude. Aussi une odeur pas tres agréable dans la chambre.

Chambres vieilles, moquette usée, lit sofa très médiocre. Petit déjeuner très bien. Piscine sous dimensionnée.
