Le confort n’était pas au beau fixe. Organisation salle de bain: La barre essuie tout juste à côté du WC. Il m’est arrivé 1 fois de ne pas avoir d’eau chaude . Pas de prise près du lit . Mais bon dans l’ensemble pour 3 nuits ça passe

Le séjour s'inscrivait dans le cadre de la Conférence du Patrimoine Industriel et du Salon du Tourisme Industriel de Zabrze. Un afflux de clients maladroitement géré surtout au niveau du restaurant. Beaucoup d'espace libre et trop peu de places dans le restaurant. Un seul appareil à café trop lent, des files interminables. En ce qui me concerne, je n'ai pu consommer qu'un seul petit déj. sur quatre payés, faute de place. Des prix exorbiàtants.

Dear Michel Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Yes we were full, and as in any other place with many people, there will be ques, and never enough place. Please believe me, that in those moments, we are working on 110% of our capabilities, in order to avoid any unnecessary incidents or shortages. We usually serve our guests at the breakfast well before 6 am, and never close at 10 am. We do not want our guest to leave hungry.
