Bonjour nous n'avons pas apprecie devoir changer de chambre pdt notre séjour cause pb technique, ayant perdu bcp de temps avec cela sans que nous n'ayons d'aide pour deplacer nos bagages avec une epaule fracturee, nous avions envie plutôt de nous détendre a la piscine (bruyante et règles non respectees, plongeons, hurlements d'enfants etc... bruits trop importants également au sauna et pas de serviettes mises sous les fesses des personnes utilisant ce service nu, bcp trop d'enfants qui y rentrent et sortent sans arrêt, laissant les douches couler, idem pour certains adultes, dangereux même pour des enfants en si bas âge ? Il faudrait une limite d'âge et pas apprécié avoir de jeunes garçons avec leurs mères au sauna femme. puis la chambre proposée en echange était juste a côté ascenseur que nous ne voulions surtout pas et indiqué déjà à la réservation, ensuite une autre la fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas donc bcp de perte de temps avec cela. Un manque d'organisation et de professionnalisme de la part de certaines personnes, malgré un hôtel de catégorie sup du groupe Accor.
