Etablissement propre, chambre conforme aux images. Un petit bémol sur l'accueil, il n'y a pas de réception, juste un collaborateur assis sur un tabouret haut et un ordinateur. Et pas de renseignements sur la ville, après demande, on nous a fourni une carte sans aucune explication sur les principaux monuments à visiter. Un petit déjeuner partagé avec le Novotel qui a tenu toutes ses promesses et un personnel accueillant.

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre de manchester, avec le tram à proximité et des restaurants/épiceries toutes proches aussi. La chambre est grande, la literie confortable et l'hôtel est très agréable, dans l'esprit british Attention, ne pensez pas que le chromecast fonctionne dans les chambres, ça n'est pas le cas malheureusement. Nous avons dû malheureusement attendre longtemps avant d'avoir notre chambre; Au lieu d'être prête à 14h, elle nous a été donné à plus de 16h, ce qui est dommage, car quand nous payons, c'est pour une chambre disponible dès 14h.

Staff très bien . ASSED m a dit aidé car elle parle aussi le français. Hotel bien placé accueuil sympa Chambre bien .j ai moins aimé salle de bain en kit la douche est glissante et l odeur de cuisine quand on rentre dans l hotel c est dommage Insonorisation correcte
