Je tiens à remercier particulièrement l'une des hôtesses à l'accueil, qui m'a accompagné si aimablement jusqu'au parking pour tenter de récupérer mon portable perdu, et découvert grâce à son propre appel à l'intérieur de ma voiture au moment même de mon départ !

Early check-in possible avec ma carte membre Chambre propre. Hôtel au calme dans quartier plutôt résidentiel tout en étant à 15min à pieds du Franckfurt Messe (direct en tram, station à 100m)

La suite 1516 un saunas!

Nous avons passé 8 jours dans cet hôtel au mois de juillet 2023. Il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la suite. Quand nous l’avons relevé, on nous a apporté 2 ventilateurs. Par ailleurs après le ménage, on était toujours obligé de réclamer du gel douche, du café, du thé…. Cependant le personnel de la réception est très aimable et disponible.

Très cher et clairement pas au niveau d’un Mercure. Buffet petit déjeuner décevant, peu de choix, quantités insuffisantes, 2 variétés de pain seulement !!, pas de crêpes , pas d’œufs coques …restaurant fermé à 22h , manque de propreté
