โรงแรมอยู่ติดตลาด ตอนเช้ามีของกินรอบๆตลาดเยอะ เดินไปหาของทานได้ตลอดมีร้านดังๆอยู่แถวนั้นเยอะ หมี่โกลา ราดหน้าคุณจี๊ด โอวต้าว โกอ่าง ติมซ่ำอำนวยพร หรือแม้กระทั่งเดินไปเมืองเก่าได้ประมาณ 15-25 นาที ที่จอดรถมีไม่เยอะ แต่สามารถจอดที่โนโวเทลได้เหมือนกัน รอบๆพวกต้นไม้อะไรต่างๆไม่ค่อยดูแลเท่าไหร่ ทำให้ดูรกๆโทรมๆ พนักงานฟรอนท์บริการดียิ้มแย้ม แต่หลายๆฝ่ายจะไม่ค่อยจะประสานงาน และให้ข้อมูลไว้กับพนักงานทางทีมฟรอนท์สักเท่าไหร่ แถมยังไม่มีผู้จัดการหรือหัวหน้าที่พอจะให้คำตอบ หรือสามารถตัดสินใจอะไรได้เลย ทุกคำถามจะต้องรอวันถัดไป แต่สุดท้ายผู้จัดการยังแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าบางอย่างไม่ได้ด้วยซ้ำ ตัวห้องพักปกติ แต่ฟรอท์แจ้งห้อง 2 เตียง แต่ได้ห้องแบบเตียงชิดกัน ต้องให้แม่บ้านมาแยกเตียงอีกรอบ ไม่ชอบห้องน้ำ ไม่มีที่ดูดอากาศ มีช่องว่าง แถมห้องอาบน้ำไม่มีที่แขวนอะไรทั้งนั้น Wifi อย่าเรียก Wifi เพราะต่อแล้วไม่ค่อยใช้ได้ Welcome Drink แนะนำไปแลกที่ Rooftop Novotel อาหารเช้าไลน์อาหารน้อย ไม่ค่อยมีอะไร พนักงานที่ห้องอาหาร บริการดี ถึงคนจะเยอะก็ตาม ทีมหลังบ้าน Admin ใน Facebook ดีมาก ติดต่อคอยประสานงานให้ข้อมูลตลอด อันนี้ชื่นชม

El personal sumamente amable y atento. Nos informo todo lo que necesitábamos, a pesar de no que nosotros no hablamos ingles. Como al día siguiente nos retiramos muy temprano del hotel, (nos prepararon para cada uno de mi familia, una caja con un delicioso y variado desayuno para llevarnos. Solo una observación: colchones medio duros e incómodos. Todo lo demás muy conformes.

Un hotel perfecto para una parada en phuket y visitar el old town. No así si buscas playa. Un buen hotel pero a falta de ciertos cuidados en la habitación. Un poco descuidada. El desayuno se puede pagar a parte pero falta algo de variedad. El personal excepcional.
