Worse Experience with Hotel Service & Reception Staff

AC not working since checkin. Even after multiple follow ups, problem not resolved. Sent a room fan last night at 3:15 AM, in night, as we were not able to sleep whole night. As per hotel, they say, 22/24 degrees only it can allow, but its so hot, that we are not able to sleep. If only 22/24, AC can cool, than whats the use of setting temperature at 18 degrees ? Currently, room temperature is shown as 23 degrees. Called 2-3 times at reception, but no attention.

The house keeping was very good . Especially Mr Akhilesh Yadav stepped out of his way to ensure we had clean room and tidy bed. Further the hotel proximity to imagica really helps . It’s a good place to chill and spend some good time with friends and family

Rooms size was good. House' keeping Sachin Rathod thanks 👍 Food coming from Square was super tasty and very mild. However didn't get expected hot water during morning. Night time it was hot. AC temperature was giving same cooling effect whether it's 20 degree or 24 degree. …More 1

It's Good ... almost full due to Holi weekend .... Easy check in & check out ,Accor mem & club Mahindra participantion as wel so benefits were there for many ppl ..Mr. Karan helped us at one & only dining option at Novotel, nice spread bt for JAiN FOOD place your request wel in advance for buffet meal ...over all experience was fine , few staff were little rude at cafeteria etc, room quality wer decent enf to enjoy .... Swimming Pool - GYM- toddler room - playzone -outdoor play was in working condition...kids will enjoy imagica cartoon characters etc wen they visit at Dining area at breakfast time ... We enjoyed bt expected little better. Thanks.

It was a great experience & wonderful day at NOVOTEL IMAGICA.. Great staff & superb food.. Mr. Santosh from front office was very much helpful. Mr. Biswanath at food buffet was also excellent in his services. It’s a great place for family time
